Within the day it is expected to apologized the 20-year-old manwho is involved in a video trafficking case with highly personal moments of his ex-partner, and who was arrested a few days ago in the hinterland of Heraklion prefecture.

According to reports, the minor, who has turned 17, filed – along with her father – a lawsuit against a 20-year-old. This is the ex-boyfriend of the girl, who complains that he distributed the material in question to other people over the Internet.

The 20-year-old man requested and received a deadline and is expected to apologize before the Heraklion investigator today, Monday, May 29.

It is pointed out that a lawsuit was filed not only against the 20-year-old young man, but also against a minor cousin of his. According to information, the controversial video allegedly disclosed to other people (students) by the 20-year-old’s 16-year-old cousin.

As a result, after the complaint, in addition to the 20-year-old, his minor cousin, as well as the latter’s father, were arrested for neglecting the supervision of a minor.

A few days ago, criminal charges were brought for using the material of an entity whose information has been captured without the consent of the other, in succession, for the transmission, acquisition and possession of child pornography material through information systems and for the violation of personal data.

However, the case was separated for the 16-year-old due to his minor status. Following this development, both the minor and his father (who is charged with neglect of supervision of a minor) were released.

On the contrary, the 20-year-old man, after criminal prosecutions were brought against him, was referred to the investigator of Heraklion in order to apologize. According to information, the young man was given a deadline to apologize today, Monday. Until then it will be held.

In the corridors of the Courthouse of Heraklion, however, a few days ago relatives of the young man were found, in order to stand by him. It is also worth noting that the 20-year-old claims that he did not distribute the video that depicts the minor in private moments.
