From today Friday 2/6 and until June 7 the electronic platform of e-EFKA will be open for the submission of participation applications for the summer camp season 2023, for indirect members aged 6 to 16 of certain categories of insured and pensioners of e-EFKA, as well as the children of e- EFKA.
There was special care for a vulnerable category of population as for the first time, following a relevant decision of the Board of Directors. of the Agency and approval of the political leadership, children aged 6-16 who are directly entitled to a pension due to the death of one or both of their parents joined and participate in the camps.
Applications for participation will be submitted for all six camp periods from 2/6/2023 (09.00 am) to 7/6/2023.
The five camp periods are for children of typical development, fifteen days each for the following periods of time:
- for the 1st camp period (15/6/2023-30/6/2023),
- for the 2nd camp season (1/7/2023 – 15/7/2023),
- for the 3rd camp period (16/7/2023- 30/7/2023),
- for the 4th camp period (31/7/2023-14/8/2023),
- for the 5th camp period (15/8/2023- 29/8/2023), as well as
- for the 6th camp period (1/9/2023-10/9/2023 after the end of the camp program for children of typical development), a ten-day stay for benefited children with disabilities.
The beginning and the end of each camping period may vary per camping company, but in any case the period of stay at the camping company is fifteen days.
Children of beneficiaries of insured persons & pensioners of the former Funds who have joined the e-EFKA can participate in the program, as provided by the corresponding statutory provisions, provided that they have insurance capacity and are not entitled to benefits from any other Agency for the year 2023.
Children aged 6-16, active insured & pensioners of the former bodies TAXY, TYDKY, ETAP-MME/TAISYT, ETAP-MME/TATTA, ETAP-MME/TSEYP, ETAA/TSMEDE, ETAA/TSAU, ETAA/TPDA-TYDA , ETAA/TYDP, ETAA/TYDTH, ETAA/TPDE-TYDE (Judicial Trustees), ETAA/TAS, OAEE, OAEE/TANTP, TAUTEKO (TAP-OTE, ELTA, OSE, TRENOSE, TAAPTPGAE) and TAPIT-TAPE Metallou.
Children aged 6-16, pensioners of the former ETAA/TAN.
Children aged 6-16, immediately retired due to the death of one or both of their parents.
Children aged 6-16, active employees and retired employees of the former entities, which were merged into e-EFKA.
The application is submitted until June 7, 2023, exclusively online on the e-EFKA website after certified access with the codes TAXIS. Parents can choose up to five (5) camps in order of priority.
In total, 36,000 places were requested for the camp program and 33,719 places were offered for the 5 camp periods, which concern children of typical development.
Because of the decrease of places offered by the camps, in case of increased demand for a specific camp company and camp period, the applications they will be fractionalized based on the amount of the actual family income from each source, as it appears in the last statement of AADE.
Results of the process will be available on Monday 12/6/2023, at which time those who have applied will receive a message at the email address they have provided with instructions for printing the camper card, which must be signed and delivered upon arrival at camp.
