Sweden’s accession to NATO at the center of the dispute between the foreign ministers of Turkey and Sweden
The Turkish foreign minister reacted to the hints of his Swedish counterpart to Ankara.
The foreign minister of Sweden Tobias Billstrom wrote: “Today’s NATO Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Oslo demonstrated the strong support of member states for Sweden’s NATO membership. This is a very clear message to Turkey and Hungary to start the process of ratifying Sweden’s NATO membership.”
