A pursuit of the vehicle followed in western Thessaloniki. One of the police officers of the “Z” group who was chasing the vehicle, collided with a passing car, resulting in serious injuries to his ribs and lung. He was initially transferred to the “424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki” and then to the “ACHEPA” hospital. His injury is serious, but his life is not in danger.
The pursuit of the vehicle continued in western Thessaloniki. The car finally stopped by the police officers of the “Z” group, who handcuffed the three Roma. During the arrests, another police officer was slightly injured in the hand and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
