A tree trunk helped a teddy bear to get out of a reservoir where he had fallen and to meet his mother again, who was waiting for him wandering around the area.

According to an announcement by “Arkturos”, for the teddy bear that fell into a reservoir in Lefki, Kastoria a rescue operation was set up by the Kastoria Forestry Directorate in collaboration with the Kastoria Environmental Protection Company.

With the assistance of the Forest Department, a tree trunk was cut and placed inside the tank to give the bear a way out.

Finally, after a while, and while all the participants had left, the bear cub climbed out of the tank and the camera even recorded the mama bear taking it and they left together. After all, mom didn’t leave the place for a moment, she was quite close and often made her appearance around the place of business.

As “Arcturos” reports, incidents of interaction in residential areas this year have increased dramatically and the organization appeals to the relevant agencies to respond to the conditions that have been created and to strengthen the agencies participating in the operation of the Immediate Intervention Team.
