The large fire that has broken out since yesterday in Loutraki and started from the area of ​​Kallithea is raging.

The Municipality of Loutraki – Perachora – Agioi Theodoros was declared in a state of emergency from today, Tuesday and for six months in order to deal with emergency needs and manage the damage and problems created by the fire.

The General Secretary of Civil Protection decided to declare the Municipality of Loutraki – Perachora – Agioi Theodoros in a state of Civil Protection Emergency, following a request from the municipal authority, to manage the consequences of the devastating forest fire that occurred yesterday, Monday at Municipal Communities of Loutraki – Perachora and Isthmia of the Municipal Unity of Loutraki – Perachora and the Municipal Community of Agios Theodoros.

The State of Emergency is valid from the date of occurrence of the phenomena and for six months, i.e. until January 17, 2024.
