Another part of the dismembered body of the man who has been in the public eye since yesterday was found on Wednesday afternoon by DEDISA workers.
According to zarpanews.gr, investigations are continuing in the garbage where the head and other parts of the body of the deceased were found yesterday and this time the hip and a part of the waist of the unfortunate man were found.
The search is not over, as not all body parts have been located.
As for investigations into the location where the severed limbs may have been dumped, it is considered particularly difficult to trace as the waste coming from Rethymnon is transported in containers where multiple batches are loaded, making it unlikely to trace which waste truck collected the specific bags and from where.
On Tuesday night, the Chania Security Sub-Directorate went to the factory again to collect the lower limbs of the victim. Also, a medical examiner was called to the factory to establish the identity of the victim. According to the first information, the man had been dead for about 10 days, while his age is estimated between 30-40 years.
