A 45-year-old man who was arrested after a complaint was made against him, in Astypalaia, is accused of sending sexual messages to a minor via a social networking page.
According to what has become known, the case began to concern the prosecuting authorities, after a complaint was made to the Electronic Crime Prosecution by the 15-year-old girl, with whom the 45-year-old allegedly communicated through a personal messaging application on a social networking page.
There, the 45-year-old is accused of sending sexual messages to the minor, asking her to send him nude photos hers, while he has allegedly sent her one of his own.
For the case following the complaint made by the minor, the Prosecution of Electronic Crime was taken over and then the police officers of the Astypalaia Police Station who yesterday at noon located and arrested the 45-year-old accused for insult to sexual dignity.
The procedure prescribed by law was initiated against the arrested person.
