A complaint by a Philanthropic Association, according to which a man killed hedgehogs and skewered them on a makeshift grill, occupied the police authorities of Thessaloniki.
According to APE, a 41-year-old man is alleged to be the perpetrator, who – according to the same complaint – posted relevant photos on social media, which mobilized the Animal Welfare Association.
According to Grtimes however, it is one 35-year-old Romafrom Nea Ionia Thessaloniki, who allegedly killed the small spiny mammals, because for him they were fine link.
In fact, the police investigation revealed that the man in question posted the relevant images on his personal Facebook page from the summer of 2021 to the summer of 2023.
An investigation was carried out by the White Tower Police Department and the pre-investigative material gathered was forwarded to the Thessaloniki Prosecutor’s Office for the characterization of the act.
A case was filed against him for violation of the hunting law, but he was not arrested due to the parade of the autoforo.
