A serious traffic accident occurred shortly before 11 pm on the Patras-Athens National Highway at the height of the Fire Service.

A car driven by a man and in which a small child was riding, who was his grandson, was tragically killed.

Subsequently crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into a parked vehicle with a female driver who was just starting off, causing her car to catch fire.

A child was also in the luxury car that passed in the opposite direction.

Four ambulances, police and firemen immediately arrived at the scene and proceeded to extricate the passengers.

Information from tempo24.news states that two seriously injured, a man and a woman, were brought to the hospital. The woman was intubated while both the driver of the vehicle that passed in the opposite direction of traffic and the child were in extremely critical condition.
