McDonald’s relaunches Big Mac in versions with bacon slices and double meat

McDonald’s announced the relaunch of two versions of the Big Mac, one of the chain’s most famous sandwiches in Brazil: the Big Mac Bacon and the Duplo Big Mac. Both were available in restaurants for a limited time in 2018.

On the fast-food chain’s menu since 1968, the Big Mac consists of two burgers, lettuce, cheese, special sauce, onion and pickles on a sesame seed bun.

One of the new variations of the classic has the addition of three slices of bacon, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, onion and special sauce. The double model has four burgers and is the “double” version of the traditional one, which has two meats.

The sandwiches are now available in restaurants across the country for ordering at the counter, through self-service totems, in the drive-thru, and on the Méqui app via McDelivery or Peça e Retire. The new versions of the Big Mac are on the menu for a limited time once again.

The fries and drink combos with the Big Mac, Big Mac Bacon and Duplo Big Mac cost R$31.80, R$33.80 and R$37.80. The values ​​were checked at the store on Av. Bernardino de Campos, in São Paulo, on November 29th. Prices may vary from store to store.
