New video shortly after fatal wounding of the 29-year-old police officer in Aspropyrgos, and the serious wounding of one of his colleagues, in the early hours of Monday it was made public by a TikTok user. The video shows police officers arriving at the scene of the accident shortly after the incident.

In the identification of two persons involved in the vehicle thefts in Nice, authorities said, while one more is wanted for involvement in the wild pursuit with the death of the policeman in Aspropyrgos.

A case was filed from the Piraeus Security sub-directorate, for criminal organization (gang), aggravated theft, recklessness and dangerous driving from which resulting in the fatal injury of a police officer and the injury of three others.

The police have already proceeded to arrest a 20-year-old, a member of a criminal organization, who together with his accomplices committed successive vehicle thefts in Perama and Nikaia Attica – to escape arrest he developed excessive speed and performed dangerous maneuvers. As a result, there were police officers from the DI.AS Team. collide with a patrol car, resulting in fatal injury to the driver, serious injury to the passenger and minor injury to the crew of the patrol car.

The 20-year-old was arrested yesterday, December 18, in the morning, while the case file also includes three of his accomplices, two of whom have been identified.
