According to the data of the prosecuting authorities, the 44-year-old allegedly contributed to the safekeeping and transportation of the weapons used in the murders and also to the movement of members of the organization from Sivota to Halkidikiwhere they lived until they fled abroad.

Serious criminal charges have been brought against the criminal organization which concern, among others, the charges of joining, forming and directing a criminal organization, serial murder, moral authorship and complicity in murder, and distinguished firearms possession.

The accused he reportedly claimed in his plea that he transported a car from Athens to Corfu without knowing the reason he was asked to do the transfer and without knowing what was in the vehicle. He also allegedly claimed that the mobile phone he owned had been given to him by a co-accused prisoner abroad to deliver to someone in Corfu.

According to the ELAS announcement, 39 members of the organization were identified in the context of international cooperation for the action of the major criminal organization across Europe, of which 7 were arrested in Serbia and 2 in Spain, while 17 members are incarcerated in various Detention Centers in Europe, Serbia, Montenegro and Turkey. Specifically, 8 members of the organizations were identified as moral perpetrators of the murders committed in Greece, 8 members as natural perpetrators, namely 4 in each homicide case, and 23 members as their accomplices.
