Badauê
The restaurant specializing in seafood offers a meal for R$410 for two people on that date. Includes a bottle of white wine with cod shell as a starter and three options of main dishes: baked cod or Gomes de Sá (sautéed cod with peppers, onion, black olives and potatoes) or the fish of the day. To top it off, baked coconut cake with ice cream.

The restaurant by Janaína Torres, recently elected the best female chef in the world by 50 Best, will have a special dish to celebrate Easter. On the 29th, she serves cod in a casserole with potatoes and egg, accompanied by white rice (R$89).

The address dedicated to the Argentine parrilla created a menu only with fish on the day, for R$ 219. For starters, pink shrimp with chimichurri aïoli, followed by a medallion of guinea fowl roasted in a banana leaf and finished with herb butter, sautéed vegetables, baroa potato aligot and almond rice with leeks and palm oil.

The wine importer’s winebar prepares a harmonized menu for R$159.90 per person. The meal consists of suggestions such as burrata stracciatella and sun-dried tomato bruschetta; cod fillet in olive oil with a touch of garlic, punched potatoes, broccoli, boiled egg and Portuguese olives; and brie risotto with grilled asparagus and crispy raw ham.

Gattofiga Pizza Bar
The pizzeria proposes a musical Easter. On the occasion, there will be a jazz performance while customers enjoy fish-based flavors. This is the case with the Gattonno pizza, which has artisanal tomato sauce, tuna, red onion, black olives and oregano (R$50 for a small; R$74 for a traditional individual) and the puttanesca, with Italian Augustino recco, garlic, finger pepper, ladyfingers and black olives (R$53 to R$78).

The Peruvian
Chef Marisabel Woodman presents a typical dish from northern Peru, where she was born, and which brings back memories of the celebrations of this date. Served from Friday to Sunday, the fish sudadito features cambucu fish and mussels cooked in its own sauce, with dark beer, amarillo ají, onion, tomato, coriander and peppers. Accompanied by mashed cassava, crispy fish skin and a portion of rice, it costs R$129.

Lolla Meets Fire
The restaurant, dedicated to parrillas, makes a seafood version served until the 31st. For two people, it costs R$ 260 and is prepared with octopus and prawns grilled on the parrilla with wood and charcoal, plus mussels in white wine, butter , potato balls and finished with olive oil and salt. To drink, two glasses of white wine are included.

In the lobby of the JW Marriott hotel, the restaurant presents an Easter menu that begins with a selection of cheeses, served with naturally fermented bread and honey, followed by starters such as octopus carpaccio and ravioloni with semi-cured cheese and black truffle. The main dishes include cod fillet served with black rice, confit tomatoes, garlic and herb farofa, as well as rack of lamb. To sweeten things up, there is a sweets table to help yourself with. It costs R$320 per person and includes wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

The chain prepares special dishes that include fish for the Easter weekend.
