Arturito, a restaurant by Argentine chef Paola Carosella and her partner Benny Goldenberg, has a new address and a new look. The house, opened 15 years ago in Pinheiros, was transferred to a larger property in Jardins.
The opening is this Tuesday, 26th, from 7pm. The restaurant now occupies a 500 m² space with 80 seats — 30 more than the previous one — in a high-end residential building close to Rua Oscar Freire.

The menu continues to be based on the seasonality of ingredients, revisiting classic gastronomy recipes. There are suggestions such as the Waldorf salad (R$ 42), which includes apple, celery, hearts of palm, grapes, walnuts and a creamy sauce, and the grilled fish of the day (R$ 152), prepared with hollandaise sauce, leek confit and hearts of palm. .
It also brings new features, such as breakfast items, including pastries and sandwiches, served from 10am to 7pm. To drink, sommelier Bautista Casafús presents a wine list focused on organic, biodynamic and natural labels from small producers.
