Investigation into possible disciplinary responsibilities of a prosecutor in Larissa which filed complaints about political figures, instead of forwarding them to Parliament on the case of Tempethe Prosecutor of the Supreme Court sent.

The Prosecutor Georgia Adeline by order of her, she requests that any disciplinary responsibilities be investigated for a prosecutor who, by order of her, dismissed complaints about ministers involved in the Tempe case.

In particular it states:

“Please investigate, according to article 117§1 para. at’, 9 Law 4938/2022, any disciplinary responsibility of the Prosecutor of First Instance, which issued a rejection order on the merits for denounced Ministers, as being involved in the Case of Tempon, in violation of article 86 of the Constitution and Law 3126/2003, article 4 § 4 “on the criminal liability of Ministers”.

As it became known, a complaint had been made by the relatives of the victims for the involvement of ministers in the excavating (bazoma) in the area of ​​the accident for participation in the procedures that took place at the site, but the prosecutor who handled the case proceeded with a rejection order.

But for these complaints and against this provision an appeal has already been made and the case is being considered again by the appeals court.
