With 24 months imprisonment of which he will serve the three months, without his appeal having a suspensive nature, he was punished 57 years old who was arrested yesterday in the room of the Three-member Criminal Court of Lamia videotaping with a mobile phone trial of Ilias Kasidiaris.

The 57-year-old, originally from Fthiotida, claimed that he did not know that filming was prohibited, noted that it was the first time he had gone to court, but these arguments did not convince the court, which imposed a severe sentence on him.

It should be noted that in addition to the penalties imposed a fine of 20,000 euros while his movement to videotape inside the room was noticed by the seat of the court, his arrest was ordered and the automatic procedure was followed.

Let us remind you that Ilias Kasidiaris was acquitted by a decision of the Three-member Criminal Court for the acts of inciting violence or hatred through the internet and spreading false news.

In fact, the Three-member Misdemeanor Court of Lamia, with its exculpatory decision, assessed that there was no limit of legality and did not accept that there was a spread of false news. Moreover, the proposal of the seat of the court was similar.
