He was released 57 years old which was brought last night to Niceafter his wife’s complaint that he attacked and stabbed her.
Specifically, according to the Police, at 21:45 on Monday night, the 57-year-old woman originally from Peru called 100 and asked for help, as she said her husband had stabbed her.
Police immediately rushed to the scene and found the 57-year-old woman with a knife wound in the abdomen, while after searches, she was located nearby and the alleged perpetrator of the attack was brought in.
The woman was then taken to the Janeio hospital, where she continues to be treated out of danger.
As it became known from ELAS, the assessment of the medical examiner who examined her was that the 57-year-old probably self-injured herself, while from the statements taken by the police it emerged that the 57-year-old was not with her at home, but instead was away.
The Police informed the prosecutor about this, who ordered the submission of the preliminary investigation material without arresting the 57-year-old, but also the involuntary confinement of the woman after her hospitalization.
