It went into production today Tuesday, and its interoperability was delivered to the public DOATAP with the platform ptyxia.gov.gr. Overall, posted 180,000 completed DIKATSA/DOATAP recognition acts going through the period of the last 35 years.

Now the holder of a recognition deed can issue a certificate with all the elements of the recognition deedwith a unique verification code and advanced electronic seal of gov.gr that ensures the authenticity of the document. In this way, the interested parties can send it electronically, but also print it, so that they can file it on paper. This interoperability will lead to a reduction of thousands of working hours both in DOATAP and in the services of the State, but also for the stakeholders themselves. Indicatively, in 2023 alone, DOATAP issued 5,027 certificates of authenticity, relating to 9,450 acts of identification, at the request of bodies, mainly the State and the A.S.E.P.

The digitization of the archive and the development of a digital environment, suitable for its transition to interoperability, was implemented in the framework of the DOATAP NSRF project. The planning and development of the service was done by DOATAP, the Information Society (KtP MAE) and the National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures (EDYTE SA – GRNET), with the support of the Ministries of Education, Religion and Sports and Digital Governance. The details of citizens and certificates are obtained through the Interoperability Center of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance.

It is reminded that through ptyxia.gov.gr, degrees from 20 University institutions of the country are also available. You can find a detailed list of available degrees by University at https://ptyxia.gov.gr/universities.
