Until June 30, 2024, the end date of the program, vacations can be taken with social tourism vouchers for the year 2023-2024, according to an announcement by the Public Employment Service (DYPA).

Beneficiaries must take care to activate their checks in time, bearing in mind that the duration of their stay at the tourist accommodation should be exhausted by 30/06/2024 as, otherwise, they will only be subsidized for the nights spent until 30/06/2024.

The ferry crossing and return cannot be carried out after the end of the program.

However, for the return, if the last overnight stay coincides with the cut-off date of 30/06/2024, it can be made until 01/07/2024.

Beneficiaries and beneficiaries can spend up to six nights in accommodation they choose from the register of providers.

Especially, for accommodation in Leros, Lesvos, Chios and Kos, up to 10 nights can be spent free of charge, while in accommodation in Rhodes, North Evia, Evros and Samos, up to 12 nights can be spent free of charge.

In addition to accommodation in tourist accommodation, ferry tickets are also subsidized. The participation of the general category of beneficiaries amounts to 25% and those with many children to 20%. For the disabled, the ferry tickets are available free of charge.

As stated in the relevant announcement, in the event that the beneficiary does not use all of his checks, he is excluded from participating in the program for the next two periods. Excluded are those who participate in the program with a disability status or declare in their application a beneficiary member or a non-beneficiary minor child with a disability of 50% or more.
