The body of a man was found late Thursday afternoon on the beach of Paradisiou, in Rhodes and there are fears that the body belongs to the British tourist who disappeared yesterday morning from the beach of Theologos.
From the first indications, the competent authorities are investigating the possibility that it is the 48-year-old Briton, whose traces were lost yesterday afternoon when he had gone for a swim at the beach of Theologos with his niece.

According to Rodiaki, the body had no clothes and was discovered by a resident of Paradisi who notified the Coast Guard, Police and the Silver Alert team.
Immediately after, EKAV was called and a medical examiner who certified his death.
The competent Prosecutor’s Office was informed and an order was given to carry out a necropsy.
From the first evidence, it is estimated that it is drowning.
