Two 18-year-olds and a 16-year-old were arrested for an incident reported against two 16-year-oldslast Friday night, in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.

The cause seems to have been some personal differences, with the 16-year-old sending a message on social media to the two victims of the same age about their meeting point, as stated in a Police announcement.

According to the same announcement, the two 18-year-olds, with the assistance of a third person who remains unknown, initially intimidated the two minors, while, subsequently, assaulted one of them with physical violence and objects, removing his sunglasses and breaking his cell phone. The 16-year-old who was hit was taken to a hospital in Thessaloniki, where he returned home after receiving first aid.

After the incident was reported, police officers of the Minors Protection Sub-Directorate of the Thessaloniki Security Directorate arrested the three youths involved and a case file was filed against them, as the case may be, for dangerous bodily harm, theft, violation of the law on weapons and damage to foreign property.
