Beer aged with honey

A pioneer in the sale of honey from native bees, Mbee also has other products that use this ingredient as a base. Nº 11 Borá is a classic saison with the addition of honey from the Brazilian borá species. Furthermore, it is aged for 18 months in an amburana barrel. The 375 ml bottle costs R$ 39. If you prefer pure honey, the kit with four costs R$ 119. There are options such as mombucão (acidic, with low sweetness, ideal for savory dishes) and manduri (with high sweetness, but also acidity).

Basket of cold cuts, bread and wine

Chef Helena Mil-Homens, from the St. Chico bakery, selected six products to make up a Christmas basket (R$ 400): Canastra cheese (250 g), Rima orobó cheese (200 g), raw Pirineus ham (100 g) , fig chutney, mini baguette and Vinhetica pinot noir wine. The basket is available in the bakery’s four units, upon order (which can be made until 12/23).

National sparkling wine

Brewed coffee kit

For coffee lovers, the Japanese company Hario —which helped to spread the consumption of filtered coffee worldwide— offers a kit (R$ 169.90) that contains a decanter with v60 filtration, a 700 ml glass jug, a natural filter (40 units ) and measuring spoon.

Canasta Cheese

From São Roque de Minas (MG), Ivair cheese matures for at least 14 days. Its skin is covered in fungi and its mild flavor has a slight acidity. The product won the Super Gold medal at the Mondial du Fromage 2019. It is sold at Armazém São Paulo, in the Pinheiros Municipal Market (R$ 178.50 per 1 kg).

Organic wine

Brazilian and organic, Clarete wine, from Famiglia Boroto, is a 2021 dry rosé made with Isabel grapes. It has balanced acidity and notes of red fruits and spices. It can be found at the Beverino Vinhos restaurant for R$98, but the producer also ships throughout Brazil (@famiglia.boroto).
