The 15 lawyers have been served summonses to appear before the primary disciplinary bodies of the Athens Bar Association for explanations
For disciplinary control have been called approx 15 lawyers which appear in teletrials and TV windows and analyze, comment, etc. on the two cases – of remanded police officer who served in the Parliament and is accused of raping his and her children Irini Murtzoukouwhich is allegedly involved in a case of five dead babies in Ilia and Achaia and in “white” weddings.
In particular, the 15 lawyers have been served summonses in order to appear before the primary disciplinary bodies of Athens Bar Association to provide explanations, in the context of a disciplinary preliminary investigation which has been initiated.
The 15 lawyers appear on TV shows and teleport windows and analyze, express opinions, comment, predict possible penalties that may be imposed, provide indirect legal advice, etc. on the cases of the police officer of the Parliament and Irini Mourtzoukou.
It is recalled that the 45-year-old police officer of the Parliament who is accused of raping his children, after his confession, was sentenced to pre-trial detention and is charged with a bunch of crimes.
At the same time, 24-year-old Irini Mourtzoukou is allegedly involved in the case of the five dead babies in Ilia and Achaia, while she is attributed with “white” marriages with foreigners for money.
