Five properties owned by the companies ION and Nikas pass to Bespoke Real Estatereal estate company of the group Bespoke.
The real estate company was founded in November 2024, with an initial capital of 15 million. euros, with the aim of exploiting the properties of the Bespoke group, interests of Spyros Theodoropoulos, president of SEV.
According to the PwC valuation report, the valuation value of industrial real estate amounts to 63.5 million euro.
These are the properties:
- Industrial Property at the 22nd km. of the Athens – Lamia National Road, in Agios Stefanos
- Industrial Property on Thessaloniki Street, Agios Ioannis Rentis, in Nice
- Industrial Property at 36 Marinou Antipa Street, in the Municipality of Pylaia – Hortiati, in Thessaloniki
- Industrial Complex of Buildings enclosed by the streets El. 69 Venizelou, Kanellopoulou, Chrysostomou Smyrni and Athinon – Piraeus Avenue, in Neo Faliro
- Plot of land at 60 Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, in Neo Faliro
In the real estate company of Spyros Theodoropoulos, Nikos Karamouzis, Stavros Nendos, Michalis Arambatzis and the Kotsiopoulos family are partners.
