Three Greeks aged 30, 28 and 27 and a 29-year-old Albanian were allegedly the perpetrators of the bloody murder of the 34-year-old on Serres.

The death of the 34-year-old was caused by a knife according to information from ERT Serres, although residents of the area said they heard gunshots.

The 34-year-old suffered a wound from a sharp object, while the fight started outside a well-known nightclub in the area for a trivial reason. His death was confirmed at the General Hospital of Serres where he was transported by ambulance of the EKAV.

The chronicle of the conflict

The altercation took place shortly after 5 a.m. over an undisclosed cause so far.

The victim wanted to enter a nightclub with two more of his friends. At the door was one of the perpetrators, who refused the entrance of the group, as a result of which a verbal conflict initially followed. The victim’s group left and after about an hour it is assumed that they made an appointment with the porter’s group, or they waited for the store to close, because they met again, this time in an alley next to the main pedestrian street of the city.

Within just a few minutes, blood was ignited and during the fight one of them – probably the porter himself – pulled out a military-style knife and managed to stab the victim twice, one of them in the femoral artery. In fact, according to authoritative police sources, another person from the attacker’s company fired a gas pistol more than five times into the air.
