In addition, he was president of SEV – Association of Businesses and Industries (2000-2006), vice president of Business Europe (UNICE) and Hellenic Exchanges SA, member of the General Council of the Bank of Greece (2002-2011) and vice president of IOBE (2011-2014).

He was a member of the Board. of IOBE and Lamda Development SA but also of the Board of Directors of IMERYS Group and ASK Chemicals GmbH.

Odysseas Kyriakopoulos was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Opera from 2006 to 2009, while he has always been a helper and supporter of her work.
