The 61 -year -old, in the sight of the bailiff, seduced him and injure him to cancel the execution of the decision
A 61 -year -old man was arrested in the Autoforos, who was arrested following a complaint that he had dragged a bailiff in his car when he went to execute a final court ruling on his detention of the arrested for three months.
The incident, according to the same complaint, occurred last Tuesday morning in the Panorama area, Thessaloniki. Extending from his home and on the sight of the bailiff and his associate, the 61 -year -old defendant – as he complained – entered his car and attempted to cancel the decision, developed speed by dragging and overturning the bailiff, thus injuring him.
The ruling with a friend, who, watching what happened, informed the traffic police, followed by their own vehicle with their own 61 -year -old man. During his escape and heading to Kalamaria, where his vehicle was eventually immobilized, the arrested caused a car accident with material damage, as stated in the case file against him.
The 61 -year -old man is persecuted for violence against employees, dangerous driving, dangerous bodily harm, threat and insult.
