To enjoy the week from March 14-20, the capital has some gastronomic news. In Pinheiros, chef Carol Albuquerque opens her own restaurant-bar, the crack. In addition, São Paulo has three fairs and festivals that bring together producers, chefs and typical Mexican foods.

On Tuesday (18), the restaurant welcomes Daniela Bravin and Cassia Campos, 261 headquarters sommeliers for a Taiwanese wine and food. The dinner features seven steps, such as Xian Bing (guioza type) of pork with vieiras and windows with rabbi, sweetened mayonnaise, cambuci gel with cucumber and peanut sauce. The menu costs $ 395, and harmonization, $ 250.

The restaurant in Campo Belo is led by a Portuguese chef, Eduardo de Castro. He has classic Lusitanian recipes, case of codfish cake (R $ 70 six units), and inventive, such as the alien hamburger with sauteed cabbage, fried egg and breaded bread with puree (R $ 59.90 with rustic potatoes) and black olive ice cream (R $ 28 two balls).

Chef Carol Albuquerque opens her own restaurant-Bar, after commanding the kitchen of the refuge and passing by Maní and Taraz, next to partner and husband Willem Vandeven (also Maní). It has uncomplicated recipes and main dishes, such as Siri Caldinho (R $ 32) and Lula in the ember with Jamon, Chives and Sesame (R $ 64). To drink, there are natural wines, beers and classic drinks – Sob Gabriel Santana consulting. Devinyl records make up the soundtrack.

TRE Bimbi
Every day 19 of the month, the handicrafts and artisanal gelateria prepares Zeppola, Italian donut made with choux choux, stuffed with pâtissière cream and finished with a light syrup of honey, crushed cashews and cherry mraschino. There is also stuffed with pistachio cream.

National flavor fair
The first edition of the year takes place this weekend with about 100 small food producers, drinks and utensils. The Botecaria Space is dedicated to barbits, drinks and Brazilian music and brings together houses such as Luiz Fernandes Bar, Sororoca and Losdos. There is also a food court with names like Pine Co., Make Hommus. Not War and Mocotó.
