Through Sky Express scheduled and extraordinary flights, the Holy Light will travel to Athens for another year to seven destinations throughout Greece, on the night of Holy Saturday.

As Sky Express points out, since 2017 it has consistently contributed to the transfer of the Holy Light from Athens to the rest of Greece, supporting the religious traditions and morals of our country.

Specifically, the Holy Light will arrive at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport on a government flight from Jerusalem, and then transferred to Alexandroupolis, Heraklion, Corfu, Kythira, Mytilene, Rhodes and Chios with flights from Sky Express.

At the same time, honoring local traditions, on Good Thursday, on flights to Corfu, passengers will receive a gift of traditional “booty”, while on Good Saturday, on all domestic and foreign flights to Greece, crews will welcome passengers by offering them Easter.
