A 2 -year prison sentence was imposed by the Thessaloniki One -Member Criminal Court on a 55 -year -old man for harassing a minor from the age of 4 and for at least 3 years, reaching the point of sending letters to a sexual background to her home.

The Court found him guilty of being offended by a sexual dignity, and he decided – in the entirety – of the sentence, as he did not suspend it or converted or granted an inhibitory force to the appeal.

Under these circumstances, the 55 -year -old, with a criminal past, returned to prisons, where he was temporarily held since last November, when he attacked and injured his grandfather’s grandfather after a phrase episode with him, as he continued to harass.

As it emerged from the hearing, the defendant was staying in an abandoned house opposite the family familiar. He said, according to the indictment, he initially sent letters of erotic content, which addressed the minor.

From the first moment her parents addressed the authorities but he was not killed by the recommendations that were made to harass her. When the letters gained a clear sexual background, parents were sued.

“I have never bothered her, nor did I approach her,” the accused apologized. The attack on the grandfather was referred to a Joint Circuit Court on charges of attempted homicide.
