The bill and the amendment to ban a company based on political persons were tabled in Parliament.
The Plenary of the House is introduced for discussion and adoption of the draft law of the Ministry of Justice with the “interventions in the legislative framework of the National School of Judicial Officers, the Code of Organization for the Court of Justice and the status of judicial officers and the Code of Notaries and other provisions of the Ministry of Justice”.
The bill is introduced by the Committee on Public Administration, Public Order and Justice with the positive vote of the ND.
On the contrary, the KKE and a new left, while PASOK-KINAL, SYRIZA, Greek Solution, Victory, Freedom Cruise and “Spartans” have been reserved to place a plenary.
At the same time, two ministerial amendments have been tabled in the draft law.
OR first amendment has provisions on:
– Expenditure incurred for the training of the Judicial Police staff,
– Regulation concerning compensation in excess of compulsory hours as well as a provision for banning a company based abroad for politicians,
– Prohibitions of participation in companies based on non -cooperative tax states and states with privileged tax regime (amendment 1,2,3 and article 8 of Law 3213/2003).
OR second ministerial amendment is of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and concerns the New Building Regulation.
Its provisions relate to issues related to:
– Integration of NOK incentives and increases in urban planning
– Settings for the revisions of building permits issued using incentives
– Environmental equivalent to compensate for the use of incentives and building permits
– Authorizing and transitional provisions as well as abolished provisions of the new building regulation.
During today’s debate on the draft law of the Ministry of Justice in plenary, there are expected positions of political leaders.
