The “FUTURE” Powered by PPC, the first broadcast on Greek television dedicated to the inclusion and self -esteem of disabled people, on Saturday 14 June at 5pm, to SKAI, welcomes Mary Mitsakis.
Mary Mitsaki, one of the managers on the Autism Greece page, was diagnosed with autism in her 19 years and, as she says, has since changed her life for the better. Through the diagnosis she understood many elements of herself, found a community and connection with other people, and this mobilized her to improve the lives of people around her and to personally develop.
Georgia Kaltsis and Giorgos Kapoutzidis meet her and discuss with her what it means to live with autism, as well as the importance of self -esteem for autistic people.
Mary Mitsaki also speak:
- Dimitra Hassouris, co -founder Autism Greece.
- Her parents, Gerasimos Mitsakis and Areti Prokopis.
- Fotini Kostopoulou, song teacher.
The episodes of the “FUTURE” broadcast Powered by PPC are available at skai.gr/tv and SKAI Hybrid. Furthermore, through the website and hybrid television, accessibility services are provided for everyone: with special subtitles (CC), sign and acoustic description (AD).
