On Saturday, July 5th, Athens will be available for the first time in 24 -hour operation. OASA implements a 24 -hour metro test action (Lines 2 and 3), tram (T6 Lines) as well as selected bus lines, covering neuralgic points of the Attica Basin.

This initiative enhances the overall experience of traveling to the city, offering a safe and reliable audience at all times of the day. It is, moreover, an important step towards upgrading urban transport services and boosting Athens extroversion.

The pilot implementation of the measure will be evaluated at a next stage, based on functional and qualitative data. This effort characterizes the contribution of workers who, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, support the implementation of the test 24 -hour urban transport, responding to the increased operational requirements of the day.
