There are 324 thousand eternal students in the Greek universities, he told SKAI 100.3, and in particular the “Atavis” show with Yiannis Dsunos and Christos Koutra, Deputy Minister of Education Nikos Papaioannou, on the occasion of their legislative regulations.

In any case, he noted that the exact number will be known after the September exam.

On the lists of universities, there are three people who had enrolled in the 30s.

More specifically, they are two students from the 1930s at the Athens University of Economics and Business and one in the NCSR.

He estimated that these people were born around 1917.

Mr Papaioannou noted that the new legislation will give old students who have proven to be attempted to complete their studies one last chance to get their degree.

He estimated that the regulation – presented at a meeting of the Prime Minister under the leadership of the Ministry of Education – would be voted in July.

As he said, he predicts that old students who have completed at least 75% of their curriculum units and have successfully participated in at least two examinations of the last two academic years, will have the right to extend their studies for up to two additional semesters.

He clarified that the time limit for deletion does not apply to students with a disability rate of 50%.
