A request to the Athens Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office to give them the sole custody of the twin children of the Polish professor, who was assassinated in Agia Paraskevi, were submitted by the victim’s relatives.
A few days ago, the victim’s ex -wife was taken to prison after apology, as an investigator and prosecutor ruled that she was the moral perpetrator of his ex -wife’s murder, with a natural perpetrator of her current partner.
Citing the “supreme interest of children”, the victim’s relatives also seek, through their attorneys, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos and Evboli, a license to settle abroad.
In a press release report:
“The family of the murdered Polish professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski, has filed a request before the Athens Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office for the delegation of the exclusive custody of the victim’s two minor children to his close relatives and to grant their authorization abroad, Safe family environment.
This application is based on the supreme interest of children, which is a fundamental principle of family and international law. The family stresses that minors have already experienced a tragic and violent event, and therefore it is absolutely necessary to remain close to familiar persons who can provide them with love, care, stability and cultural continuity, both emotional and practical.
The family, with respect to institutional processes and with full confidence in the Greek justice, is awaiting its decision to give custody of protecting children.
At the same time, she continues to seek justice for the brutal murder of her beloved man and the exemplary punishment of those responsible. It is a heinous, deliberate and organized crime that has caused deep emotion and anger in both Greece and the international community. “
