Self test for students: Foreign on Wednesday 17 November the availability from pharmacies | Skai.gr

by

From Wednesday 17 November until Saturday 27 November students of all levels will be provided with two packages with a total of 10 free self-diagnostic (self) tests from pharmacies, in order to meet the control needs of the days from November 23 until the Christmas holidays and come to school according to the instructions of the experts.

It is reminded that:
* the self-test takes place up to 24 hours before the arrival every Tuesday and Friday at school,
* pre-symptomatic screening for the new coronavirus through self-test is mandatory for students,
* a certificate of negative self test must be carried by students who do not have a vaccination certificate (for students 12 years and older) or a certificate of past illness (last semester),
* vaccinated students are not entitled to a free self-test, as they do not have to take them unless there is a special reason (ie a case to a classmate),
* the free self test is available from pharmacies only during working days and hours, so that during the days and nights they can serve emergencies.

From the 1st of November, the declaration and the result for the public school units are registered in the new platform edupass.gov.gr (and not in the platform of self-testing.gov.gr), from which the School Card for COVID- is issued- 19.

The platform currently only concerns public schools. The parents / guardians of the students / three who study in private schools will continue to declare the result of the self-tests on the platform self-testing.gov.gr and to issue the School Card for COVID-19, following exactly the same procedure as follow to this day.
