Today’s order, prosecutor of minors Volos determined the new framework for care and upbringing for the three minor children of the 36 -year -old, murdered by her 40 -year -old husband last Friday.
According to ERTnews, children, aged 16, 13 and 5, will grow up with their aunt in Skiathos, as they had asked for both themselves and the family. The eldest daughter, 18, does not belong to the regulation, as she is now adult. According to the decision, the sister of the unfortunate woman was temporarily entrusted, while a three -member Supervisory Council was set up with priests from Skiathos and Nea Ionia to monitor the course of the children and contribute to their psychological support.
At the same time, minors will attend sessions with mental health experts to face the shock of loss. Their settlement in Skiathos has already been launched, with a secured temporary roof for aunt and the four brothers. The procedures for attending the schools of the island are also intensified so that they do not stay behind with the start of the new school year.
The prosecution’s decision is temporary and is expected to be finalized within three months.
