With Italian accent, it is the fourth restaurant of the members Gianluca Perino and Ricardo Dicamargo. Noteworthy are the Steak Tartare (R $ 120) and Burrata with Homus, Lemon and Tahine (R $ 92). In the main ones, there are the ravioli stuffed with lobster, sautéed in fumet sauce (fish broth) and grilled lobster (R $ 192). Finally, the choice is the eclair stuffed with caramel chocolate cream, dark chocolate and caramel syrup (R $ 55). If you want to drink, the recommendation is La Stampa, which carries gin, brandy, blueberry puree and citrus mix ($ 59).

Unusual brewery
The space incorporates hops and barley not only in the drinks, but also in the dishes. The cattle raw carries barley in seasoning, as well as sesame oil and chives (R $ 49). Oysters, accompanied by Sour beer shots, are prepared with drink vinegar, Chilli Oil of Sriracha, Mustard and Coriander (R $ 46; Four Units). From the taps come options such as IH, Haizô, wheat beer with German hops (R $ 19, 250 ml) and the lager churras, with smoked notes that resemble bacon (R $ 18, 250 ml).

Jacob
Chef Iago Jacomussi presents a new menu, with inspirations from around the world. Among the news are Wagyu raw with typical mass of the Tyrol region (R $ 87) in Italy, and polenta tartlette with Centolla salad, avocado and nori alga powder (R $ 147). In the desserts now appear chocolate cake with pelinê, peanut and caramel ice cream (R $ 42) and the figual comb with honey that accompanies the Basque Boursin cheese pie (R $ 48).

Losdos Cantina
Chef duo Caio Alciati and João Gertel presents the first big menu turn of the house. The menu brings dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine, such as the confined duck carnites (R $ 80) with soft – dense to chocolate, pepper and spices. It is served with corn tortillas to be stuffed. Another highlight is fish club (R $ 28), made with fish cheek, accompanied by spicy mayonnaise.

Luiza Lafer Confeitaria
The first physical store of the brand has just opened, before the orders were just for order. The confectionery flagship is the mousse cake made with Callebaut 54% Cocoa Chocolate, finished with caramelized hazelnuts with salt flower (R $ 34, the slice). Another option is Tres Leches with Cumaru Caramel Syel with Coconut (R $ 29, the slice). The pies also participate in the menu, such as the version with cooked pears and almond cream (R $ 29) and the pistachio with fresh raspberries (R $ 34).

The Japanese restaurant has renewed the Omakassê (R $ 423), a menu where the chef selects a sequence of dishes and fits the counter for customers. The eight steps include fish cuts such as sea bass and pargo. The grilled octopus comes sliced and grilled in katsuobushi butter, dry food made from fish smoking. Already the tuna is healed in the house and served with pupunha palm, tomato confit and shissa oil. The Omakassê is served only at dinner and it is necessary to make a reservation – there are only four places.

6th edition of the Paulista Caminho do Caminho Fair
The event organized by 16 producers from the state of São Paulo has tasting and selling cheeses made from cow, sheep and buffalo milk.
