The investigator apologizes early in the morning, 9 of the 17 arrested in the case with virtual invoices, as journalist Elena Galaris told SKAI.
Among them is the alleged protagonist of the circuit, president of an amateur football team. The rest are expected to apologize tomorrow.
According to the indictment, members of the circuit from 2023 to 2025 are said to have set up 370 virtual companies that issued virtual invoices, with the aim of collecting VAT and tax refund.
It is also noted that on a case -by -case basis, they are accused of criminal acts, including addressing, formation and integration into a criminal organization, money laundering, fraud against the State over 120,000 euros and synergy with fraud.
In the case file, the role of another 55 people, including a television producer, Nikos Koklonis, who allegedly had conversations with the alleged leader of the organization, is examined. His name shows that five invoices of more than € 1.5m have been issued for magazines, something that the television producer categorically refuses.
