Many weapons were found in the home of a 17-year-old student, who threatened another student with a pistol, in the courtyard of a school complex in the area of Elefsina.
According to EL.AS., 3 citizens, aged 17, 45 and 53, were arrested at midday on October 15, 2025 in the area of Elefsina, accused – as the case may be – of violating the laws on weapons and flares, threatening, insulting as well as neglecting the supervision of minors.
In particular, the 17-year-old student, together with 4 other people, approached another student in the courtyard of the Elefsina school complex and abused him, while the 17-year-old then approached the student and showed him a pistol that he had under his jacket, threatening him.
Police officers of the Elefsina Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes as soon as they became aware of the incident, immediately conducted a preliminary investigation identifying the 17-year-old and organized a police operation at his home where they found and confiscated:
- -5- carbines without the required possession permit,
- air pistol,
- iron fist,
- dagger,
- knife,
- -2- knives,
- -85- hunting cartridges,
- firecracker as well
- number of metal balls.
The 3 arrested were taken to the competent Prosecutor.
