Climatic conditions play an important role in the life of a battery, which does not want extreme weather conditions. Excessive heat or very cold significantly reduce its capacity. On the other hand, Greece can be considered as one of the most ideal countries for the use of electric cars, since its climate does not show very large temperature differences.
Another indication that we should not forget is the warranties of the car manufacturers, which usually provide an 8-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty. However, new financing programs for the purchase of electric car batteries are expected to be released very soon. So when owners see that the battery capacity is small and want to have the same car, they can simply change it. An important parameter is the fact that the first data from old electric cars show an average battery life of about ten years.
