The new unit of strokes and heart attacks at the General Panarkadiko Hospital of Tripoli, was inaugurated today, Friday, by the Minister of Health Thanos Plevris.
The infarction unit significantly upgrades the health services of the hospital and in combination with the operation of the hemodynamic laboratory, provides patients with comprehensive and quality care.
After the inauguration, the Minister of Health, after thanking the family of Vassilios Tsiolis for her valuable donation to the hospital, made the following statement: “Society and the economy remain open, and all this time the National Health System is supported and will continue to rely on both logistics and human resources. More than 2,000 permanent doctors have already joined the NSS, while the announcement for the 4,000 nurses is coming out immediately.
