Out-of-court settlement of Roula Pispirigou with Manos Daskalakis – What he is asking for

Out-of-court settlement for Manos Daskalakis sent by Roula Pispirigoufrom Korydallos prison, on the occasion of the memories of their children.

As she stated in the out-of-court settlement brought to light by STAR, she is a detainee and can not deal with the memories of children in Patras. In fact, she leaves hints that her estranged husband is living his life without showing interest in the graves and that he should take care of them. So, she invites him to transfer the responsibility to her sister, Dimitra.

In the same out-of-court settlement, the Roula Pispirigou makes special reference to his subject her cell phonewhich is in the hands of the Homicide Department after her arrest.

As she claims, her phone number belongs to a family program, which is in the name of Manos Daskalakis and he has access to his mobile phone bills. In this context, he argues that her estranged husband knows what calls he has made all this time and accuses him of channeled to journalists to report phone calls and conversations and this has the effect of disturbing her relatives and friends. So, according to the out-of-court settlement, she asks for the number to be transferred to her sister.

The accused also invites her estranged husband to compile a list of all the things that exist in the house where they lived at 27 Bizaniou Street in Patras inviting him to get whatever items he wantsin order to give orders to her relatives to empty the house.

Roula Pispirigou asks Manos Daskalakis to respond immediately and in writing to her out-of-court settlement.
