One of the juvenile custodians was assigned custody a high school student accused of raping two of his classmates. After his apology, an investigator and a prosecutor released him, forcing him to follow the above reform measure, until the trial.
The two complainants, students of the 3rd Lyceum, addressed to Thessaloniki Juvenile Protection Sub-Directorate of EL.AS. stating that the 17-year-old threatened them that they would get hurt if they did not meet with him.
According to the indictment, the act against the first schoolgirl was committed last September and a month later against the second. The alleged sexual abuse took place outdoors. The two students knew the 17-year-old through mutual friends as at that time they were attending the same school.
During his apology, the juvenile denied the charge of serial rape attributed to him. ΙIt was alleged that one of the complainants wanted to take revenge on him for rejecting her erotically, while the other denounced him for personal reasons.
