Pavlos Christidis, candidate for the presidency of KINAL, sent a letter to the Ethics, Statute and Certification Committee (EDEKAP) proposing the conduct of three thematic television dialogues.
More specifically, in his letter P. Christidis states the following:
“The success of the progressive forces in the confrontations of the 5th and the 12th of December, depends mainly on the participation in processes that will demonstrate the acceptance of the society in the modern way of the processes. For this reason we suggest:
–The realization of three thematic TV dialogues with the following topics:
1. Democracy, Economic Inequality and Intergenerational Solidarity in the Age of Climate Crisis.
2. Greece in the world. Foreign policy and international relations
3. Our Movement as a political body. Institutional operation, participation, decisions, accountability.
–The conduct and transmission, through nationwide channels, of two television dialogues between the candidates of the internal party elections until 05.12, as well as the realization of another television dialogue between the 2 candidates that will compete on 12.12
– in the televised discussions, to ask questions to the citizens who will be present.
Finally, we must consider the possibility of remote participation of those who wish. “
