Yesterday, it became known that the legal representative of the company Intellexa who has been summoned to testify at the Commission and who is the only foreign resident, is currently prevented from being in Greece. After discussion in the Committee and consideration of proposals, by majority, it was decided to follow the practice that has been done in similar cases in previous Investigative and Pre-Investigative Committees of the Parliament. That is to say, that a questionnaire be drawn up jointly by the members of the Committee and sent to her, and that she answer in writing.
