New Democracy issued a press release on the statements of Yiannis Mantzouranis who admitted the lack of any evidence in the surveillance case

New Democracy issued an announcement on the statements of the member of the Central Committee of SYRIZA, Yiannis Mantzouranis, in which it points out that the well-known lawyer admitted the lack of any evidence in the surveillance case.

Specifically, ND reports that “the ‘project’ began with reports in installments about ‘watch lists’, even accusing the prime minister, without any evidence and reference to two anonymous ‘sources'” and continues “now the advocate of Mr. Vaxevanis, Mr. Mantzouranis, to request, admitting the lack of any evidence, to call protected witnesses”.

He also points out that “we have already paid dearly for the mud, toxicity and division that SYRIZA is looking for as a lifeline!”

The ND’s announcement in detail

“The “project” began with reports in installments about “watch lists”, even accusing the prime minister, without any evidence and reference to two anonymous “sources”. It continued with Mr. Vaxevani being summoned by the Prosecutor and not testifying at all. Now the advocate of Mr. Vaxevanis, Mr. Mantzouranis, came to request, admitting the lack of any evidence, to call protected witnesses.

We have seen the “project” before. SYRIZA, which hastened to adopt the “revelations” of Chios-Vaxevanis, “bet” on a repetition of Novartis when, with hooded men, it “hanged” 10 political opponents of SYRIZA to finally prove after a thorough investigation by the Justice, that nothing, of what they said it didn’t apply. Except that in this particular case history will not be repeated even as a prank! Because we have already paid dearly for the mud, toxicity and division that SYRIZA is looking for as a lifeline!”
