Erdogan’s response to the front page of the Economist

The Turkish president responded to the Economist’s front page that says “Erdogan must go” and describes the Turkish elections as the most important on the planet, as reported by the SKAI correspondent from Istanbul. Manolis Kostidis.

“We will not allow our internal politics to be directed and the covers of magazines, which are the operational mechanism of world powers, to point fingers at the national will,” the Turkish president says, among other things.

“Massive Western Press War Against Erdogan – Scandalous Headlines”

Meanwhile, an attack on the “Western headlines” was launched by the director of communication of the Turkish presidency Fahrettin Aldun, who speaks of “scandalous headlines” and “massive war of the Western press against Erdogan”.

Aldun has uploaded all the reports on twitter and replies: “BBC, Economist, Foreign Policy, Le Monde, Washington Post, Financial Times, all the Western media joined a campaign against Erdogan”:

“We deplore the western media’s pathological opposition to Turkey and hostility to Erdogan ahead of the May 14 election, and watch with astonishment the reports targeting the will of our nation.

While our country is freed from the shackles, we notice that the intensity of Western attacks is increasing. As our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Ernogan, prioritizes the interests of our nation and rejects what is imposed, they ignore the principle of impartiality and turn to impression business.

Before the 14 Mays elections, the Western media’s pathologised state of Turkey’s opposition and Erdoğan’s enmity is esefle reşipliyor, and we are watching yaşınları şaşkınlıkla that target the will of our nation.

We want to remind.

Our nation, whose priority and side is Turkey, knows very well where to stand. He knows intimately those who make dirty propaganda and those who engage in asymmetric psychological operations. And our nation on May 14 prepares to break the headlines, the games aimed at its will, guided by our principles and values.

We sincerely believe that our beloved nation, who knows these games, does not forget the screenwriters and knows the works, will stand by the state and our President, as they did yesterday.

If there are those who dream of stopping the rise of Turkey, we advise them to abandon that dream.
