At the end of his visit to Crete, the president of PASOK-KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, was in the center of Heraklion where he had the opportunity to meet citizens, who welcomed him warmly. “All Greek parliamentarians must respect the Treaty of Lausanne, whether Christians or Muslims, we must not allow any foreign intervention in matters concerning our country by third powers, but we ourselves must show credibility, respect and not reason that we heard from the lips of Mrs. Bakoyannis speaking in a village of Rodopi as if we were in the ’50s and ’60s” said Nikos Androulakis who spoke of “old partisanship of the Right” which “we do not tolerate, we denounce it and we do not serves our national interests.”

“Our country and the Greek people need a strong reliable progressive force, this is what we aspire to be with the popular verdict on June 25” he added, concluding that the faction is “the genuine opponent of maintenance” which will “embrace the anxieties of the Greek people, for a strong social state that will reduce inequalities for a competitive productive base that will create many good jobs for Greek children in Greece, will respect and serve institutions, democracy and human rights”.
Nikos Androulakis also visited the Region of Crete, having a short conversation with the regional governor Stavros Arnautakis.
